AetherAsmara provides professionally designed digital invitation templates for various events, including weddings, engagements, birthdays, and other special occasions. While we strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and visual representations, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection in every detail.
Customization Process
Our platform allows you to personalize selected templates using the available customization fields and options. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you submit for customization is accurate, appropriate, and error-free. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before finalizing your order.
Digital Delivery
All invitations are delivered exclusively through digital means. You will access your completed design through your registered account dashboard. To ensure successful delivery, please verify that your email address is current and accessible during the registration and ordering process.
Pricing Structure
All prices are clearly displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice, though any changes will only apply to future orders.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation. We accept various payment methods including PayPal, online banking transfers, and other supported payment platforms. You must provide valid and current payment information and authorize the specified charges. All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final upon completion of your order. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where there is a documented technical error or service failure directly attributable to AetherAsmara. Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of order completion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellation

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template solely for your personal event. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit the template without our express written consent.
